I've been using an earlier incarnation of this product, Smashbox's Cooling Tint and I loved it. It originally came in a much larger tube and since I didn't use it daily, it lasted a very long time. By the time I needed to replace it, it had become "Sheer Focus." I bought the Medium, which in a sampling, looked fine on my skin. However, when I used it the next day over my entire face, it was very obvious (in the car mirror) that my face was a different color than my neck -- too dark.
When I returned it, they explained that luminous has pretty much no color and is sheer, so I got the light, which has turned out to be just a teensy bit too light.
Ideally (and if I had the $ for it) I would have bought both the light and the medium and created my own "custom" blend.
There is a nice smoothness to this product that doesn't make your face too matte or too shiny, a nice in-between kind of state.Get more detail about Smashbox Sheer Focus Tinted Moisturizer, Light 1.7 fl oz (50.3 ml).
