Purchase Benefit Cosmetics One Hot Minute

This is my absolute favorite loose powder bronzer ever. It is just a lovely fresh color with a slight sheen. I use it for bronzing, contouring my cheeks and temples, and sometimes as a substitute for blush. It doesn't go on too dark and is easy to blend. Working with One Hot Minute is a dream. It doesn't make me break out which is a very nice and obvious bonus.

So why 4 stars instead of 5? I do not like the packaging. The little sifter doesn't allow enough product to come through. Not a big deal, I just took a needle and kind of dug out the holes so that more product would come through. I've not used the brush but it looks like it would be ok for on-the-go application. I usually apply with either a MAC 109 (small round powder brush) or 188 (small dual fiber brush), sometimes I use a 168 (angled cheek brush).

This product is not for everyone. If you are medium to dark or dark skinned I think this product may be too light for you. Also the product has a fragrance. It's a nice scent but I know some people are quite sensitive to scented products. In fact, I think all Benefit cheek products are scented.

Use this as a bronzer on the cheeks and temples, or to contour the cheeks. I do not recommend this product for contouring the jawline or nose because it is a bit too shimmery. You might be able to get away with that at night but your face could have an unnatural shine if photographed with a flash.

I have a ton of cheek color products so I'm not likely to run out of bronzer anytime soon. But when I do, One Hot Minute is the only bronzer I would repurchase. Get more detail about Benefit Cosmetics One Hot Minute.
