I bought this product at Sophora and I am glad to say that I LOVE IT! Maybe Kat didn't invent it for vitiligo but it's the best I have tried and I've tried so many things! It is smudge proof and waterproof if you don't swim or use soap. Just use some translucent powder to set it, and boy, will you be impressed! I read on another site that it's only used for white people but it's not true. I am a shade darker than Halle Berry and I use Cocoa and that's it! A miracle!
