I normally use the regular PRIME TIME and thought I would give the oil control version a shot since I have oily skin. After applying and letting it soak in, I noticed it started to flake. At first I thought I may have applied too much of the product. But it didn't matter how little I used, it still flaked especially when I rubbed my skin.
